Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information Lazulix Technologies ("Lazulix", "we", "us") collects through lazulix.co, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

• When you send a pilot request: your name, work email, organisation, role (optional) and your message.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever your email contains.
• When you visit the site: our server keeps standard technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time.

We don't ask for sensitive information. Please don't put confidential client or project data in the form. If we work together, we'll agree on a proper way to share it.

2. What we don't do

• We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.
• We don't load fonts, scripts or embeds from other companies. Every file on this site comes from our own server.
• We don't sell or rent personal information.
• We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't use your information for automated decisions or profiling.

3. Cookies

The site sets one cookie, csrftoken, on the pilot request page. It protects the form against forged submissions from other websites. It holds no personal information and is strictly necessary for the form to work, so we don't ask for consent to it. We use no other cookies.

4. Why we use it

• To reply to your request or email, and to discuss a possible project with you.
• To keep the site secure: to block spam and abuse, and to fix problems.
• To meet our legal obligations.

5. Who can see it

Only the people at Lazulix who handle requests. We use two service providers to run the site and our email: a hosting provider for the server, and an email provider. They process information only on our behalf and may store it outside your country. We share information with others only if the law requires it, or to protect against fraud or security threats.

6. How long we keep it

• Pilot requests and emails: as long as we need to reply and follow up, and no more than 12 months after our last exchange, unless we start working together.
• Server logs: for a short period. They are deleted automatically as they rotate.

7. How we protect it

The site is served only over HTTPS. Pilot requests are stored on our own server, which has no public login page, and only Lazulix can read them. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to a minimum.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• see the personal information we hold about you;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent;
• complain to your data protection authority.

9. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

10. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
